SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note that due to the current situation around the world, orders might be delayed. We are operating as normal, but many postal offices are overloaded and struggle to deliver parcels on time. The current situation is really extraordinary and we can’t thank you enough for your support, patience, and kindness in this time.
When will my order be shipped out ?
All in stock items are processed and will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from when the order is placed.
All Made to Order items will be processed within 10 business days before this item to ship .
Shipping Courier
Domestic Orders are shipped by DHL e-Commerce . All orders come with a registered Track and Trace code
International Orders are shipped by Flexipack by PosMalaysia ( small order ) and DHL Express Global Mail ( bigger items) . All orders come with a registered Track and Trace Number .
Shipping takes a little while ?
Domestic Shipping orders usually take between 2 and 10 days to arrive at their destination, depending on the selected shipping method. From time to time delays might occur during the holiday seasons.
International Shipping takes 2-3 weeks to arrive . DHL Express Global Mail takes 3-5 days to arrive . However , for orders shipping with Flexipack by PosMalaysia , in rare cases it may sometimes take up to a month . Transit time may take awhile, depending on your own country's postal system. Please get back to us if you have not received your order in two months .
How will my art be shipped ?
All prints are signed / stamped and packed with care inside a protective sleeve beautifully wrapped inside Eurekartstudio’s illustrated tissue papers. Larger prints are shipped inside a sturdy shipping tube to ensure art is in pristine condition when you receive it . Smaller prints are shipped flat inside a hard board mailer .
If your order contains several items in different sizes, they may be shipped separately to keep them as safe as possible on their journey.
Damage and Loss
Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond EurekartStudio’s responsibility. However, we always try our best to pack your order securely to make sure that they arrive in pristine condition.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be .
